Why we exist
We have run the businesses we now build for.
Before SystemsF1RST, our founding team ran construction companies, real estate agencies and fitness studios. We lived in duct-taped spreadsheets, five apps that did not talk to each other, and software that cost more than the rent.
So we built the team we wanted to hire. Not a licence, not a pilot that dies in a slide deck. AI built into the systems a business already runs, owned by the people who run it.
